From Darkness to Light:  The Astrology of the Winter Solstice

December 13, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Burkhart Chapel, First Community
1320 Cambridge Blvd., Columbus, OH 43212

In Person Only

Each year at the winter solstice, we share a collective journey from darkness into light. This passage is reflected in the symbols, rituals, and celebrations of the season—whether personal, communal, spiritual, or even commercial.

Please join us on December 13th when we will have an engaging discussion on the signs, transits, and archetypal themes of the solstice season with JACO members Shawn Casey and Alissa Ohashi (who are also members of the Central Ohio Astrology Group).  Co-Facilitating is astrologer and counselor Amy Kisei (www.amykisei.org/).

Together, we will explore how astrology illuminates the deeper meaning of this time of renewal and helps us connect with its enduring myths and mysteries.

Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided.  Although always free (and you can just show up), we would appreciate it if you would register so we can prepare accordingly.

Also, because we are holding this get together at First Community, our library will be open for your perusal and books will be available for sale!
